Dear Sir,

I have enclosed our contract 
to Mr. Temple which you 
and he may settle to your wishes 
as it will save a great deal of 
trouble in sending forms, and what
ever you do, write me that you may have 
a deed. I have had no letter from 
Lawyer Allen. Mr May writes to me 
and Mr. Bibb will act with 
him if he thinks proper.
