Abstract:
|
Subject in letter of 9th entirely new to him; referred it to superintendent of city; his guess would be that the U.S. has no interest in the question and would take to part; question seems to be between heirs of Byrne & Beatty, which is entitled to price of the square; reserves opinion until he receives Superintendent's report. |
