Abstract: Having to contend with author of a pamphlet who wrote against what he contended was Jefferson's religious opinion, asks that he answer some questions presented: does he believe there was a deluge, and that mankind sprang from one pair? An answer will oblige a number of his religious friends who are at a loss to determine a line from Jefferson directed to Aaron Burr.
