dc.description.abstract On Sunday, Sept. 1st, sets sail for Amsterdam on American ship "Cheeseman," then goes to Paris; shall be glad to take communications to Mr. [William] Short at the Hague or Mr. Morris at Paris; in case vessel is captured, will throw his communications into the sea, if he is so ordered. en_US
