| Abstract: | Would be happy to receive General Moreau at Monticello if dates can be worked out to avoid "my visits to Bedford 3 or 4 times a year." Mr. Threshly has been at Monticello to negotiate purchase of Short's land, but price continues to be a problem. Looks forward to receiving a copy of Abbe Rochon's memoir. |
