dc.description.abstract Sorry that Robert Montgomery missed his passage to Virginia; sent letter from Mr. De Burg with Andre Limozin; Tippoo Saib's embassy arrived at Toulon and the Emperor has made attempts at peace with the Turks; great turmoil in France; some members of the military have been wounded at Grenoble but exaggeration about the event makes it difficult to discern the truth; give regards to the ladies. en_US
