Enclose a copy of agreement entered into between the commissioners of the United States and of Georgia in pursuance of the act regarding the limits of the state of Georgia and the establishment of a government in the Mississippi Territory; the importance of the transaction induced the insertion of an additional clause; this should be communicated to Congress during the present session. |
