Abstract: Reviews for Short recent American letters recapping the political debates surrounding the Constitution, in particular proposed amendments about presidential term limits, the site of the consitutional convention, and prominent leaders (whose names are coded) of the discussions; also reviews opinions surrounding the status of Kentucky; notes the political appointments of some Virginians; suggests "roguery" on the part of the tour guides with respect to being able to pluck laurel branches at Virgil's tomb; reports that the Charles Marquerite Jean Baptiste Mercier Dupaty is dead.
