Muscarelle Museum of Art Dedication, October 21, 1983

Abstract: This video was reformatted from one VHS videotape containing the dedication ceremony of the Muscarelle Museum of Art at Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall on the campus of the College of William and Mary that took place on October 21, 1981. The video includes speeches by Thomas Ashley Graves, Jr., President of William & Mary, Margaret Muscarelle, Jeanne Kinnamon of the William & Mary Board of Visitors, James D. Kornwolf, Chairmen of the Department of Fine Arts, Carlton S. Abbot, Architect of the Muscarelle Museum, and Glenn D. Lowry, first Director of the Muscarelle Museum of Art. The video is approximately 21 minutes long.
