Abstract: Informs Wise that the Pennsylvanian referred to Douglass unfavorably; was told by Judge Lenoir [?] that he and a friend plan to visit Richmond in July and was asked to accomplany him; thinks it is likely that he shall; notes that the press is "firing into" Hunter; is confident that there will be a time for Wise. Autograph Letter Signed.
