Abstract: S. W. Morris, a student at William and Mary, I infer from your silence in regard to the note that I addressed to you a few days since (March 13th), that it will be impossible for me to graduate this session. Morris asks permission to withdraw from Tucker's Constitutional Law class and pays Tucker complements.
