dcterms.description Digital photograph take by Ivy Li, William & Mary undergraduate student and member of the class of 2023. Li described the photograph: “This photo was shot at 12:01 AM on March 21 in Tom Bradley International Terminal in LAX, Los Angeles International Airport. Almost everyone in this terminal wore a face mask, and even some people wear protective clothing and safety goggles. Although it was midnight, the airport was full of people waiting to board on planes. Most of them were going to return their home countries. Though the CDC did not encourage people to wear face masks, they still wore it to protect both themselves and others. Those whose body temperature above 37 degrees celsius was not allowed to pass safety check and board the plane.” en_US
