Marion Moncure Duncan Oral History Interview

Abstract: This interview of Marion Moncure Duncan was conducted as part of the College of William and Mary Oral History Project. Duncan attended the College of William and Mary in the 1930s, was a parent to William and Mary students of the 1950s and 1960s, and served on the Board of Visitors from 1966 to 1974. She and her husband, Robert V. H. Duncan, ran an insurance business in Northern Virginia. Changes in ink on the manuscript are Mrs. Duncan's. Her name appears as "Marian" on the transcript, but the correct spelling is "Marion."
