Abstract: R. Wayne Kernodle was a professor of sociology at the College of William and Mary from 1945-1987. In this oral history interview, Dr. Kernodle talks about his personal background; where he grew up, where he went to school, and describes some of the occupations he had before he was a teacher. The interview was conducted by Edward McCarthy and transcribed by Kay McLaughlin.
