dc.description.abstract |
This interview was conducted as part of the College of William and Mary Oral History Project. Helen Campbell Walker attended William and Mary from 1960 to 1964, a period she describes as rather quiet before the activism of the latter 1960s. During this time she worked with the Woman's Dormitory Association, Mortar Board, and was Phi Beta Kappa. After graduate school she returned in 1969 to teach recent American history. |
