dc.description.abstract This interview was conducted as part of the College of William and Mary Oral History Project. Francis P. Miller served on the William and Mary Board of Visitors from 1941 to 1946. He was prominent in the discussions surrounding the retirement of John Stewart Bryan as president and was on the committee that nominated John Pomfret as Bryan's successor. en_US
