E. Ralph James Oral History

Abstract: This interview was conducted as part of the College of William and Mary Oral History Project. Mr James attended William and Mary from 1912 to 1916. In this interview he describes his student days, his seven terms in the General Assembly and legislation affecting the College and his service on the Board of Visitors from 1966 to 1970.
